Random Number Generator: Integers, Decimals & No Repeats
Generate integers or fixed-precision decimal numbers between your chosen minimum and maximum. Both bounds are included. Choose how many values to draw and whether repeats are allowed.

Generate random 5-digit numbers
Click 5-Digit Numbers to set Number type to Integers, Minimum to 10000 and Maximum to 99999. The preset keeps your Quantity and No repeats choices. There are 90,000 integers in this inclusive range. A five-digit integer does not begin with zero; this tool does not generate fixed-length codes with leading zeros.
To draw five separate values instead, set Quantity to 5. Those values can have any length allowed by your bounds. A five-digit number and a list of five numbers are different requests.
Generate random decimal numbers
Select Decimals and choose 1 to 4 decimal places. Bounds must fit that precision: for example, Minimum 0, Maximum 1 and Decimal places 2 create 101 equally eligible values from 0.00 through 1.00, in steps of 0.01. This is a discrete decimal grid, not a continuous distribution rounded afterward.
For decimals with No repeats, uniqueness is checked at the selected precision. Drawing all 101 values from the example range is possible, but asking for 102 distinct values is not.
Range, quantity and repeat rules
Each bound must be between -1,000,000,000 and 1,000,000,000. The range may contain at most 4,294,967,296 distinct values at your selected precision. Quantity can be 1 to 1,000. A single-value range is allowed; without repeats, its maximum quantity is one.
Negative values are supported. Enter ordinary decimal notation such as -5 or 12.50; scientific notation and thousands separators are not supported. Changing any setting hides the previous results until you generate again.
How are the numbers selected?
The generator uses your browser's crypto.getRandomValues interface. Rejection sampling avoids the bias that a simple remainder operation can introduce when mapping random values into a range. In no-repeat mode, values are sampled without replacement and kept in draw order.
These are browser-generated random values, not a claim of physical true randomness, independent auditing, lottery certification or suitability for generating passwords and security keys. The tool does not improve lottery odds. Calculations happen locally; this generator does not send your settings or results to a server or retain a draw history.
